I began my career as a laser engineer before moving to New York, where I spent ten years working in media, journalism, and science communication. I built a multimillion dollar social enterprise from the ground up and published a book on vacationing. . . in outer space!
Since 2020 I’ve immersed myself in geospatial data analytics, studying what is from happening sea to space at the Google Ventures-backed startup Orbital Insight. Orbital Insight was acquired by Steve Wozniak’s Privateer space in May 2024.
I’ve managed dozens of projects, programs and products from idea to release, and I thrive on achieving the seemingly impossible through interdisciplinary collaboration. I believe in the power of data to transform the way we live, and am always looking for new challenges and opportunities to expand my skills and reach.
